When you submit the contact form, request a Free Trust & Growth Audit, or complete a PolicyKart assessment, we may collect your name, business email, company name, role, website, phone or WhatsApp number, business category, service or package interest, current initiative stage, assessment answers, readiness score, referral or campaign information included with the submission, and the message you provide.
How We Use It
We use this information to deliver and respond to your enquiry, understand the service or problem you are interested in, route follow-up, calculate and record an assessment when requested, schedule scoping calls, and improve our services.
Form and Analytics Providers
Website form submissions are processed through Cloudflare Pages, stored in a restricted Cloudflare KV namespace for operational review, and may trigger a Microsoft 365 notification to the assigned team mailbox. During a browsing session, first-party session storage preserves a random session identifier, first landing path, referring path and campaign parameters. The website sends allowlisted events such as page view, CTA click, form start, validation error and confirmed form success to a first-party Cloudflare collector. Analytics events exclude names, email addresses, phone numbers, messages and form-field values; event records expire after 400 days.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers only when needed to operate this website, process enquiries, or comply with lawful requirements.
Retention
We keep enquiry and assessment information only as long as needed for business follow-up, record keeping, and legal or security purposes.
Your Choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete information you submitted through this website, subject to legal and operational retention needs.
